Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Capt. Mall Singh & Others Vs. State of Punjab & Others dated 11/07/2017 regarding collection and disposal of Municipal Solid Waste and other waste in the state of Punjab.
As many as 23 new cases of dengue have been confirmed from the DMCH during the past three days. The patients belong to various parts of the district. Of them, 15 are from the city, while the rest are from the peripheral areas.
The two-day census carried out in Harike wildlife sanctuary, which concluded on February 1, 2010, has revealed that the new species of birds had come to this wetland this winter season for the first time.
