Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Gauri Maulekhi Vs. State of Jammu & Kashmir & Others dated 09/08/2017 regarding use of mules in Vaishno Devi shrine, Jammu & Kashmir. Counsel appearing for the Shrine Board submits that authorities are making all efforts to comply with the directions of the Tribunal for opening of newly constructed pedestrian way for Ardh-kuwari.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Gauri Maulekhi Vs. Union Of India & Ors. dated 16/12/2016 regarding use of horses, ponies, mules and donkeys to carry pilgrims and goods from Katra to the Vaishno Devi temple. NGT in its Order said that "efforts should be made to ensure that no parking of animals is permitted in the river and parking areas thereof would be provided in the barren areas between the Baan Ganga and Katra.

Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of Gaur Maulekhi Vs Union of India & Others dated 20/06/2016 regarding government's notification declaring nilgais, wild boars and monkeys as vermin. Next date of hearing is on 15/07/2016. Ranjit Kumar, Solicitor General has stated before the Court that the notifications are applicable only outside the forest area, which is also mentioned in the notifications.

Order of the National Green Tribunal (Principal Bench, New Delhi) in the matter of Gauri Maulekhi Vs. Union of India & Ors dated 27/02/2015 regarding pollution caused by Century Pulp and Paper mill, Nainital,Uttarakhand. The Tribunal noted that the industry was ordered to be closed in the year 2011. After it undertook to comply with the directions issued under the Water and Air Act, the industry was permitted to restart its operation.
