The issue involved in the Original Application is in respect of operation of dairy farms on Yamuna floodplains in National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi.

The stand of the counsel for the applicant is that in the representation, all the details of the 60 dairies along with the photographs operating in violation of the norms with full particulars were disclosed, yet no action has been taken by the concerned authorities.
