Order of the Gopeshwar Nath Chaturvedi Vs U. P. Pollution Control Board & Others dated 17/05/2019 regarding industrial activities in residential areas of Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Gopeshwar Nath Chaturvedi Vs Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board & Others dated 28/11/2019 regarding shifting of industrial activities from residential areas of Mathura. Counsel for the State/UPPCB has stated before the Court that the industries have been shifted to Jai Singh Pura which is also known as Guar Kendra which is an industrial area as per applicable master plan.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Gopeshwar Nath Chaturvedi Vs Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board & Others dated 06/04/2018 regarding industrial units in Mathura violating environmental norms and polluting river Yamuna. NGT directs District Administration, Mathura that those units who do not have consent to operate and according to the Pollution Control Board are not complying with environmental norms should not be allowed to operate any further.
