GUWAHATI, Oct 14: The Krishak Mukti Sangram Samiti (KMSS) has threatened to impose economic blockade on Arunachal Pradesh, stop the transmission line of the Lower Subansiri hydel project and launch a two-month-long agitation if the Centre does not take a call to cancel the mega dam programmes in the Northeast without further delay.
