Pollution Board notice to casino ships fails to impress greens
Accuse the board of never playing proactive role

Goa State Pollution Control Board today issued show cause notices to off-shore casino operators to explain how they dispose off garbage and sewage from the vessels.

Sources said that the notices were issued based on discussion witnessed in the recently held session of Goa Assembly where the issue of licences issued to them was hotly debated.
