NGT notes that the term of the SEIAA (State Level Environment IMPACT Assessment Authority) had expired on 2.7.2017. NGT questions why the Central Government has not yet constituted SEIAA and the SEAC (State Expert Appraisal Committee) considering the crucial role which these bodies play.
