Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Tribunal on its own Motion Vs. State of Uttarkhand & Others dated 18/05/2018 regarding complete disregard of environmental laws and pollution norms by large numbers of industries established in ELDECO (SIDCUL) industrial park which are situated in the vicinity of the village Siddh Garbyang, Kalyanpur, Tehsil-Sitarganj, District-Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand. There are more than 100 industries coming up in the area. Some of these industrial units are spewing black soot which deposite black dust on the houses of the villagers.

State of Uttarakhand dated 12/03/2018 regarding disregard of environmental laws and pollution norms by industries located in ELDECO SIDCUL Industrial Park, Tehsil Sitarganj, District Udhan Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Tribunal on its own Motion Vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & Others dated 18/08/2016 regarding felling of trees for the Parwanoo-Solan four-laning project, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. NGT directs the Chief Conservator of Forest, State of Himachal Pradesh to file his personal affidavit in relation to the trees that have already been cut for the project in question, how many trees are proposed to be planted and how many have already been planted. 

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Tribunal on its own Motion Vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & Others dated 11/08/2016 regarding felling of trees for the Parwanoo-Solan four-laning project, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. Counsel appearing for the NHAI upon instruction from Col. Ram Swarup Puri, RO-cum-Project Director, Shimla submits that more than 52000 trees have been planted by Forest Department as compensatory afforestation in lieu of the trees that have been uprooted /felled from the site in question, that is Parwaanu.

Order of the National Green Tribunal (Eastern Zone Bench, Kolkata) in the matter of Tribunal on its Own Motion Vs M/S Mithila Bricks & Others dated 23/05/2016 regarding brick kilns operating without consent to operate, West Bengal. Tribunal directs that the brick kilns shall not operate until consent to operate is granted to them by the concerned PCB.

Order of the National Green Tribunal (Principal Bench, New Delhi) in the matter of Tribunal on its own Motion Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh & Ors. dated 10/09/2015 regarding felling of trees in the Taj Eco Zone. Ms. Ishita Mishra, News Reporter has filed Affidavit along with her Affidavit a copy of the report dated 26th June, 2015 submitted by the Chief Conservator of Forest of the concerned Department of State of U.P. stating that nearly 8000 trees are missing in the area specified.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Tribunal on its own Motion Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh & Ors. dated 20/07/2015 regarding cutting of 4000 trees in the Taj Eco Zone.

The Tribunal in its order requested Mr. M.C. Mehta to visit the sites in Agra and report to the Tribunal as to whether any tree/trees have been uprooted around 500 m. of the Taj Eco Zone in Agra and in village Babarpur in Agra.
