Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Vivek Kamboj & Anr. Vs. Union of India & Ors. dated 17/05/2016 regarding disposal of waste in Aravali Hills, Haryana. Any person who is found to be throwing muck or waste in that area, the Authorities are at liberty to seize the vehicles and impose cost of Rs. 5000 as environmental compensation for each of such violations as it will be an apparent violation of NGT order dated 22nd January, 2016. There will be proper check points at the beginning of the roads and entering towards the Aravali Hills.
