Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Kamal Kishore Vs. U.O.I. & Ors. dated 11/01/2016 regarding air, water and noise pollution created by unauthorized and illegal industries run in non-conforming residential areas at Mandoli, Delhi lying within in the limits of East Delhi Municipal Corporation.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the EDMC submits that a public grievance committee comprising of SDM, NandNagri, DPCC, EDMC and Delhi Police  has been constituted to carryout survey of the entire area, identify the units and take requisite action against them as per the law.
