Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Residents of Saila Khurd, Raniala Vs State of Punjab dated 19/12/2018 regarding pollution being caused by Kuantum Paper Mill, affecting inhabitants of Saila Khurd, Raniala, Saila Kalan, Jassoval, Majari, Paddi Khusi and Pensara village, District Hoshiarpur, Punjab, by the discharge of polluted air and water.

National Green Tribunal directs a joint report to be furnished by Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) and Punjab State Pollution Control Board (PSPCB) on factual aspects of the matter and action taken, if any, to the Tribunal within one month.
