Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Vardhaman Kaushik & Others Vs. Union of India & Others dated 07/10/2015 regarding air pollution in Delhi.

NGT in its order directs heavy vehicles entering Delhi to pay environmental compensation in terms of Sections-15 & 17 read with Section-14 of the National Green Tribunal
Act, 2010 for the pollution being caused.
