Ahmedabad:Around one lakh litres of diesel spilled off Mundra coast in Kutch district of Gujarat from the oil jetty of a private port on Tuesday, when a consignment of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) was being off-loaded from a ship.
