The Bombay High Court at Goa on Wednesday directed Sesa Goa to forthwith stop dumping mining waste near Advalpal rivulet. The Division Bench comprising Justice B P Dharmadhikari and Justice U D Salvi, on pursuing the report submitted by the expert committee, issued direction to stop dumping of mining rejects immediately to contain flooding of the area and destruction of paddy fields.
