Mumbai: Cyclone Phyan, which passed along the Mumbai and Konkan coasts, claimed four lives on Wednesday and caused massive damage to property in the coastal districts of Ratnagiri, Raigad, Sindhudurg, Thane and Palghar in Maharashtra.
