THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A disaster management plan has been prepared for all the 14 districts of Kerala. Revenue Minister K.P.Rajendran said that the Disaster Management Authority, in association with the UNDP, had done great work in this regard. A major workshop, involving all people concerned, was held in Thrissur. A comprehensive state plan is almost complete.
