New Delhi The government on Monday set up a two-member expert panel to fix responsibility for the defects found in the capital’s Airport Express Line, which was closed on July 8. There is an ongoing dispute between Reliance Infrastructure and Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) over the technical problem.

With Reliance Infra and DMRC blaming each other and no immediate solution in sight, it is unlikely the line would reopen by August-end as promised earlier by the Delhi government.
