WARANGAL, Jan. 24: Agricultural scientist and registrar of Acharya NG Ranga Agricultural University (Angrau), Dr L. Jalapathi Rao, set a mission to bring all farmers in Warangal, who constitute 67 per cent of the total population in the district, on one common platform.
