Lucknow: The outer limits of Lucknow are constantly expanding along with the rise in population. But this has not been accompanied by the creation of better and adequate infrastructure like roads, fl yovers and underpasses. Due to lack of planning, callous approach and myopic vision, the city is lagging behind in development.
