The High Court has ordered issue of notice to the Karnataka State Pollution Control Board (KSPCB) for a resolution passed during its 160th board meeting dated November 13, 2007.

The resolution sought to regularise the industries, whose licenses were cancelled for causing pollution, by levying administration charges.
