IN A decision that would prolong a legal battle going on since 2007, the Himachal Pradesh High Court on Wednesday cancelled the allotment of the Rs 6,000-crore Jangi-Thopan and Thopan-Powari hydel power projects to Dutch company Brakel Corporation citing illegal misrepresentations made by the company.
