PALAKKAD: If it was a rocky Munnar hill for some Chengara agitators, it is a land near a forest area at Attappadi, a part of the elephant corridor, for another group. The land, the government offered to the Chengara agitators at Kottathara village in Attappadi, is totally uninhabitable and perilous.
