Residents Lament Supply Of Water Contaminated With Sand Particles, Algae & Sewage

Lucknow: Residents from across the city expressed surprise over Jal Sansthan’s RTI reply that water it supplies across city is absolutely potable the way it is and does not need any further treatment through a filter or purifier. Activist Nutan Thakur had sought information under RTI Act about the quality of water being supplied to people as she was receiving contaminated water supply.
