Nov. 16: Cycle rickshaws in the city may get registered like other commercial motorised vehicles as the lieutenant governor has asked the Municipal Corp-oration of Delhi to redraft their rickshaw policy. The rickshaws may be categorised along the lines of slabs made for property tax.
