Shimla: The Cabinet today decided to give the 420 MW Reoli Dugli hydro power project, allotted earlier to Moser Baer Projects Ltd in Lahaul-Spiti, to Larsen and Toubro.The decision was taken at a meeting of the Cabinet chaired by Chief Minister PK Dhumal here today. The Cabinet decided to allot the project to L&T as it had agreed to match the H1 highest bid.
