The Inter-governmental Expert Group Meeting to finalise the draft South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) Agreement on Rapid Response to Natural Disasters has begun yesterday at the Traders Hotel.

This meeting is attended by all SAARC member states except Afghanistan.
