New Delhi, July 25: Ahead of the all-party delegation meeting with the Prime Minister, Dr Manmohan Singh, on the Babli project, the TD president, Mr N. Chandrababu Naidu, is meeting national leaders to take up cudgels against the Maharashtra government.
