BANGALORE: The State government on Monday submitted anaffidavit in the High Court stating that it would construct toiletsand provide safe drinking waterin all the pre-primary, pri maryand secondary schools.

Accordingto the statistics provided government, of the40,000 primary schools in the State, 5,447 don
