CUDDALORE: Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi has sanctioned a sum of Rs. 301 crore for undertaking permanent flood control measures in Cuddalore district, according to Health Minister M.R.K.Panneerselvam.

He inspected water sources and flood-affected areas in the district on Sunday. He was accompanied by Collector P. Seetharaman, District Revenue Officer S. Natarajan, MLA D.
