The officials of the Secunderabad Cantonment Board (SCB) are not aware of whether or not the drinking water that they supply to customers in the cantonment area is fit for human consumption.
The SCB does not even have the basic equipment that is needed to test the presence of chlorine levels in the water that it is supplying to the citizens.
