NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court's stay on construction work at one of Mayawati's pet projects - installation of statues of dalit leaders at a Noida park and setting up of a museum at a cost of Rs 685 crore - was making the state bleed Rs 3 lakh per day, the state told the apex court on Friday.
