BHOPAL: The Supreme Court has refused to vacate a Madhya Pradesh High Court stay on the Indira Sagar and Omkareshwar canals and directed the State Government to file by February 3 a detailed rejoinder to a counter-affidavit by Narmada Bachao Andolan.
