AHMEDABAD: The two suspected cases of swine flu among humans in Delhi and one in Hyderabad have made the Gujarat health department officials devise an action plan with immediate effect.

The plan involves round-the-clock monitoring of all passengers on international flights coming into the state and setting up of two helplines that could be called to get information on the infection.
