October 2007: Authority recommends amendment to CRZ Notification, 1991

February 17, 2009: Ministry refuses clearance. Asks CIDCO to approach Bombay High Court that banned destruction of mangroves in 2005

March 2, 2009: CIDCO files notice of motion in the high court to get clearance for amending CRZ notification
