President Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL) Muhammad Zaka Ashraf has said the government is making all out efforts to bring about green revolution in the country. Addressing a press conference in Mandi Bahauddin, he said President Asif Ali Zardari has directed decrease in interest rate on agri loans from 14 percent to nine percent.
