ITANAGAR, May 13: The All Tam Socio-Economic Welfare Association (ATSEWA) has opposed the hydro project proposed on the Kamla river in Kamporijo circle of Lower Subansiri district claiming that it would submerge the Chumring Talung area upstream in Kurung Kumey district that consists of several important historical places related to forefathers Abu Gangdu and Abu Gangha of the Tam and Biki clans.
