National Green Tribunal quashes environment clearance of a thermal power plant in Chhattisgarh State of India

Environment Clearance (EC) for setting up a coal-based Thermal Power Plant in Chhattisgarh has been quashed by National Green Tribunal (NGT) on 16 April 2013.
