In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Central Act No. 67 of 1957), the State Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Rajasthan Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1986, namely:- These rules may be called the Rajasthan Minor Mineral Concession (Fourth Amendment) Rules, 2013.
