The NGT October 14 directed a fresh district survey report (DSR) for sand mining in Banka district of Bihar.

An application filed in the NGT said that an interim district survey report (DSR) was prepared for sand mining in Banka district in the year 2018 but that was never finalized.

Final report in the matter related to OA No. 980/2019 titled as Harminder Singh & Others Vs Union of India & Others regarding a residential project by M/s Omaxe Chandigarh Extension Developer Pvt. Ltd. obstructing the natural flow of Siswan Nadi and the creek joining it.

Report by State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Haryana in the matter of O.A. No. 840 of 2019 titled as Ayush Garg Vs Union of India. The matter related to illegal manufacturing of formaldehyde without obtaining Environment Clearance by M/s Om Chem under EIA Notification dated September 14, 2006. The SEIAA requested the Haryana State Pollution Control Board to stop immediate manufacturing activity of formaldehyde - a hazardous chemical by M/s Om Chem at village Kurali, Sabapur road, tehsil Bilaspur, Yamunanagar, Haryana.

Order passed by the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority, Haryana in the matter of O.A. No. 840 of 2019 titled as Ayush Garg Vs Union of India & Others against illegal manufacturing of formaldehyde without obtaining environment clearance (EC) by M/s Om Chem under EIA Notification dated September 14, 2006.
