JAMMU, Dec 2: Gharana wetland in RS Pura has been witnessing very less arrival of migratory birds from Siberia during this winter due to apathy of the authorities coupled with indifferent attitude of the local people.

Though the migratory birds from Siberia have started arriving at internationally acclaimed Gharana wetland yet their number is very low this year, reports said.
