Janardana Reddy Vs Jio Reliance Company dated 09/01/2019 regarding illegal felling of trees in Kurnool District of Andhra Pradesh for laying underground Optic- Fibre line from Nannoor to Veldurthy Village by ‘JIO-Reliance’. A report submitted by the Divisional Forest Officer states that about 125 avenue trees of species such as Kanuga, Seematangedu, Peltofurum and Neem on the left side of the road were felled without any permission.
