Solanki M/s AYM Syntex Ltd. & Others dated 11/03/2019 regarding discharge of untreated effluents by an industry in river Kotar in Village Sayli in Silvasa, Dadar and Nagar Haveli. The industry is engaged in manufacturing synthetic and nylon based yarns and discharging untreated effluents into the river. The river in question meets Daman Ganga River which has been identified as a polluted river stretch by the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB).
