Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Anil Vs Govt. of NCT of Delhi dated 14/01/2019 regarding a factory in Janak Puri, Delhi manufacturing clothes without any factory license from any Authority and by using chemical unauthorizedly, causing lot of pollution and danger to the public health. Hazardous activities in the residential area are not legally permissible.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Residents of New Mandoli Phase-I Vs Govt. of NCT of Delhi dated 09/01/2019 regarding pollution being caused by a factory having furnace of aluminum casting at Khasra No. 12/21/2, Main Road, New Mandoli, Phase-I, Delhi-110093, emitting lot of smoke which pollutes the air. The factory was earlier sealed but the same has again been started illegally.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Mohd. Salim, Secretary, Delhi Vikas Manch Vs Govt. of NCT of Delhi dated 05/12/2018 regarding plastic bag manufacturing activity being illegally carried out at Wazirpur, Delhi for the last 40 years creating poisonous pollution in the area.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Rakesh Tihara Vs Govt. of NCT of Delhi dated 03/12/2018 regarding a park in Sundar Nagar is being mis-used for organizing events, illegally and in disregard of environmental norms.
