Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of RWA Society Vs Govt. of NCT of Delhi dated 04/07/2019 regarding bad odour from the STP, Kondli in Delhi as the STP is not operated as per norms. The sludge is not being cleaned which is resulting in air pollution.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Dr. Arun Kumar Vs Govt. of NCT of Delhi dated 24/05/2019 regarding violation of norms by plastic industries making shoe soles and other plastic goods in Narela and Bawana in Delhi. Report submitted by a committee found open dumping of waste and open burning of plastic waste, drains fully chocked by waste in absence of collection of waste generated by industries and untreated waste water from industries being directly discharged into the drains in Narela as well as Bawana industrial areas.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Man Mohan Lal, Editor Aman Ishara Vs Govt. of NCT of Delhi dated 25/04/2019 regarding violation of environmental norms at main road Koyala tall, opposite transport authority village Gokalpuri, Delhi. The action taken report submitted by the Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC) reveals that the unit has not applied for Consent to Establish and Consent to Operate. The DPCC through East Delhi Municipal Corporation got the unit sealed and required compensation of Rs.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Abhay Singh Vs Govt. of NCT of Delhi dated 15/04/2019 regarding pollution by using wood dust, plastic bags and tyres/tubes as a fuel at Sainik Enclave, Vikas Nagar, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Rajesh Kumar Vs Govt. of NCT of Delhi dated 05/04/2019 regarding air pollution casued by Brake Lining factory near Chaju Gate, Babarpur, Delhi. NGT had directed the Delhi Pollution Control Board (DPCC) to furnish a factual and action taken report and the Tribunal has received a report that the East Delhi Municipal Corporation has sealed the premises.
