A key environmental panel has recommended clearance for the proposed Rs. 23,502-crore nuclear power plant in Fatehabad district of Haryana. Environment Minister Veerappa Moily, who took charge recently, will now have to take the final decision on whether to permit the Nuclear Power Corporation of India Ltd.
