Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Rupesh Pethe Vs State of Madhya Pradesh & Others dated 26/07/2019. The Principal Secretary, Mineral Resources, Madhya Pradesh was directed by the NGT to file an affidavit to explain how mining leases were being granted in violation of law. The Tribunal said the state can permit mining only after Environment Management Plan has been approved by the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA).

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Nityanand Mishra Vs State of Madhya Pradesh & Others dated 04/07/2019 regarding conservation of Son Gharial Sanctuary.
