State of Uttar Pradesh & Others dated 14/02/2017 regarding hot mixing plants and ready mixing plants operating illegally at the Noida and Ghaziabad borders. National Green Tribunal directs the Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board to examine the said plants and submit a Report to the Tribunal before the next date of hearing (23/03/2017).

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Sanjay Kumar Vs State of Uttar Pradesh & Others dated 23/11/2016 regarding burning of municipal solid waste, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. According to the Applicant Sanjay Kumar there are 21 hot mix /ready mix concrete plants operating illegally and without consent of the State Pollution Control Board. They were emitting highly polluting ambient air quality in the area in question.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Sanjay Kumar Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh & Others dated 21/11/2016 regarding dozens of hot mixed plants operating in the Village Wazirpur, Nagli Nagla and Chak Basant Pur of District Gautam Buddha Nagar in the State of Uttar Pradesh. The hot mixed plants are emitting highly polluting carcinogenic emission and are located at the very short distance from the main roads, schools, hospitals and the residential complexes.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Sanjay Kumar Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh & Others dated 24/08/2016. Grievance is regarding discharge of untreated waste water in the pond situated behind the factory of M/s Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages Pvt. Ltd.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Sanjay Kumar Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh & Others dated 22/04/2016 regarding discharge of effluents by Coca Cola's Hapur plant in Uttar Pradesh into a nearby pond.

The Applicant’s case is that the untreated effluents are being released by the Industry on the land and to the pond situated on the back side of the factory area- UPSIIDC Wide Park Land. NGT directs a team of officials accompanied by Additional Director of CPCB to visit the factory premises and collect soil samples.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Sanjay Kumar Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh & Others dated 11/12/2015. The Applicant is seeking restraint on the illegal discharge of untreated waste water in the pond situated behind the factory of M/s. Hindustan Coca- Cola Beverages Pvt. Ltd., and in front of some manufacturing units namely: M/s. Rathi Steel Ltd, M/s. G. M.

Judgement of the National Green Tribunal (Principal Bench, New Delhi) in the matter of Sanjay Kumar V/s Union of India & Ors. dated 10/11/2014 regarding non-forest activity going on central ridge area of New Delhi. The applicant has approached this Tribunal for protection of the forest area and environment, particularly, in relation to the central ridge area of New Delhi,falling under the jurisdiction of New Delhi Municipal Corporation (NDMC).
