Order of the National Green Tribunal (Western Zone Bench, Pune) in the matter of Hanuman T. Rakte & Others Vs. Aurangabad Distillery Ltd. & Others dated 14/09/2016 regarding discharge of spent-wash by Aurangabad Distillery Ltd. on the farm lands bearing Survey Nos. 36 and 42 of village Rangaon, Mauje Nimsakhar, Taluka Indapur, District Pune, Maharashtra.

National Green Tribunal directs MPCB to collect samples of treated and untreated effluents from the factory of Aurangabad Distillery Ltd and of soil and groundwater from the lands for its analysis to be made and also inspect the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) installed in the said factory and submit its report before the Court on the next date.
