Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of Rakesh Kumar Singhal Vs Union of India & Others dated 02/07/2018 regarding lack of appropriate treatment in the hospitals for road accident victims.

Counsel for the petitioner argued that unless treatment is provided to the victims of the road accidents by some measure, the right under Article 21 of the Constitution is jeopardized. Supreme Court wants a copy of the petition to be served on the office of the learned Attorney General for India to assist the Court.
