With protesting Congress and JD(S) members refusing to allow business to be transacted in the Karnataka Assembly, Speaker KG Bhopaiah on Friday adjourned the House sine die, but before that amid the din a Bill to grant more power to the Lokayukta was passed. It was one of the 10 Bills passed by voice vote.
